I ordered product, and I called on 14th day according to the receipt showing the order date. I was told they already charged my account, and that the date on the receipt was the shipping date. They even said they sent an email, but i never received one. I cancelled my order, and am cancelling my credit card number. I think they are just ripping off the public.
