I ordered the Pure Nutrients off the internet with that is advertised on the Rachel Ray website as well as Oprah. It says free trial for 14 days and then if you are not satisfied or want to cancel you have to do so by the 14th. Day or your account will automatically be deducted 88.00. I ordered the product on May 14th. I received the product VIA UPS on the 21st. Today, the 28th, I called to cancel and they had already taken the 88.00 out of my checking account. I am furious. This is so unfair. They said the cancellation has to take place at the time of the order. That is crap. How do you know you want to cancel it, if you haven't had the adequate time of trying it for one. Also, the terms and conditions were in the box as well as their contact number for their Customer Service. So you do the math, if I received it on the 21st and cancelled today, I am 8th day and should be able to cancel without being charged.
