A month ago I ordered a product from this online merchant for almost $100. I got two emails upon conclusion of the order. One was for an order confirmation and the other was for a receipt.
Within a couple of hours I received a third email from the merchant stating that the product I ordered is no longer available because the manufacturer had discontinued it. They also said that the full amount was refunded to my credit card.
When I received my credit card itemized statement, the charge is still there and they have not refunded the money whatsoever. I'm still trying to contact them via phone. I have already written them an email that has not been answered yet.
