I have attempted to call the number (877-300-6125) that was advertised to cancel future product purchases, but it doesn't work... No one answers, there's no recording, and it just disconnects after a few seconds. I have called several times on two different days.
I called the number to Bromelite that the CSR wrote from there wrote about and did get a person. Their phone system said there were zero calls ahead of me, but I had to wait for a few minutes before someone picked up. They gave me the same number to cancel Purity12 that I already had, but as I said before it doesn't work.
I asked about the lack of a contact number being part of a scam to charge my credit card and the woman told me she had no idea what I was talking about. There are so many stories on the web about Panalabs being an unethical company to deal with... Next time I'll research first. Where are the fraud prevention people on this company?
