I called them to cancel the service. I paid the initial payment of $149.95. I never get it back

I called them to cancel the service on Dec. They said i would get the refund of $ 149.95 initial payment back on Jan. Now it's April. I haven't received anything. I've been trying to call them but I only get the answer machine, so I only can leave the message and the number to reach me back. They never called back.

It's very hard to get money back, since you gave it to them.
