I would like to report this facility (Sol's Carehome) and owner Edita Sagaysay. Edita Sagaysay is a abusive caregiver/owner to the elderly and it was proven by the Ombudsman, LPA of Santa Barbara County, California. Please be careful if you are planning to put your love ones to Sol's Carehome. She was accused of Verbal abuse, Physical abuse, financial abuse and was caught overdosing her patients using high dozes of medications and giving rotten and spoiled food to her patients just to save money. Her faciltiy still standing because she is a good liar and using her charms and a little bit of dramas. She is still doing it now according to her one only caregiver (female). She only have one caregiver helping her suppose to be more than two or more. Her caregiver is working 24/7 and Edita only goes to the facility just to hurt her patients. Recently one of her patients was transfer in other house due to food food poisoning and malnutrition. She was also practicing Human Trafficking she is harboring illegal aliens from the Philippines. She was using her business to say that she can petition but all she does is lying and get employees illegal aliens so that she will not file for tax and less salary for them. Pass caregivers was threat badly especially emotionally and finacially. She was also lost her last case, filed by department of Labor.
