I normally don't fall for scam's but this company is a hugh Scam.
A friend of mine told me about this product she saw on the Oprah Winfrey website. "Acai Berry cleanser for weight loss" per their website you get a 21 day trial period for only shipping and handling $3.97. Scam!!!
They state on their website "you need to use this product for 60 days to see any results." Per return policy you have 14 days from the time they originally charged your credit card to return... But the catch is it takes 7-10 business days to even receive your product and then you would have to return immediately.
Then if you don't call and cancel before your 21 days they go back and recharge your credit card the original fee of $79.90 which make the trial amount now $83.97. Doesn't should much like a "Trial bases for Only $3.97 s/h fee" to me.
Also, if you don't cancel before that 21 days they put you on a auto shipping schedule and keep charging your credit card and now your stuck with their crappy product because per their return policy if you are on the auto ship schedule you are no longer able to get a refund at ALL... You have to get a credit and then you can trade for their other Crappy products they sell.
So in the end you are charged for crap, you are stuck with crap and they sit there laughing at the public for being stupid... Their customer service reps are rude and nasty and do not care about the customer, and why should they, they already got our money!
So please tell everyone you know about this company and product and hopefully this can help save others from going through this horrific experience.
I have already reported them to the BBB, if anyone else
has a similiar situation I would also recommend you report them to the BBB.
I hope this has helped someone, I have learned my leason and just don't trust anyone...
