I was reading the websie and "qualified" for the Free trial - only pay US$4.95 for shipping & postage. I was going to exit, when a dialog box popped up and offered the shipping for US$1.95.
I decided to continue and entered my credit card details, only to discover that I have been carged US$24.95.
Unfortunately, there is no contact details apart from a 1800 number which is not valid in Australia.
If their product is so good, why can you not get into contact with them?
I am currently in the process of completing a dispute form with my bank in order to cancel the transaction.
