Aka Healthy Solutions Misled us in to order they're product then charged credit card for pruduct not received

We received an e-mail from a trusted friend about this being a great pruduct for weightloss. We followed the link and ordered the free trial on Feb. 24th 2009. Then we e-mailed the friend to thank her and found out she had no idea what it was all about, she had not send the e-mail.
The shipping charge for the free product appeard on our credit card account on Feb. 25th 2009.
We received an e-mail from Acai Berry Bloom on Feb. 28 that the order had been shipped. The next e-mail arrived on 3/13/09 telling us since we did not e-mail them that we wanted to return the unused portion at the end of 15 days they would charge our credit card $79.95 for the product received.
The charge would appear as Super-Lifeproducts. We immediatly send them an E-mail stating we had never received the product and therefor could not return it to them and not tocharge us for it.
Never heard a word from the company.
Contacted Credit Card Company and disputed the charges.
The pills arrived a few days after that from China, they had been delayed by the FDA and Homeland Security.
The Credit Card company notified us that the disputed amount would be credited back to our account. Which it was. So we thought the matter was closed.
However. On 4/8/09 we received another e-mail from Acai Berry Bloom.
It states, your order has been successesfully shipped with the same order number as that free trial order.
We immediatly checked with the Credit card company and the charge of $ 79.95 plus shipping had been applied to our Card however not under the name of Super-Lifeproducts but under the name of Healthy Solutions.
Also with a different phone number as before. When we tried to call those numbers we would get an automated message This mailbox is full.
The only recourse we now had was to cancel the Credit Card Account which we have had for 30 years. We believe they would just have continued to charge this amount every month.
