The law clearly states that you must be licensed to even talk about a plan. You cannot discuss ANYTHING About insurance if you do not have a valid license.
But More importantly they LIE TO CUSTOMERS. They probally wouldn't be in such a mess if they told the truth. TIM CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS FEES, whO are called "BENEFIT SPECIALIST" and these are sick people who really need HEALTH INSURANCE. NOT, INSURED BENEFITS.

Failed his Insurance test but even if he could pass it, he is inelgiable for a license because he owes tons of child support and has a criminal record. He was a manager before but he could not get a license so they "promoted him" yes criminals who dont pay child support and cannot managed to get a license can get promote.
