I ordered 2 cases of red burgundy in Sept. 08 and sent a cashiers check for $3,734
I checked back in occasionally for a status update, got the runaround about the wine being in Europe and them trying to get it shipped to the US. Finally in early 2009 their phone line and website shut down and there is no way to contact them.
Suggest each of us contact the New York State Atty. General - Consumer Fraud and file a formal complaint. Just google those key words and fill out a complaint with supporting documentation.
