I ordered a case of wine from Cellarbrokers. My credit card was charged and I received a message confirming my order. After more than a week with no confirmation of delivery, I wrote e-mails and spoke directly with an indoividual to cancel my order and request a reveral of the credit card charge. I was assured the reversal would take place.
Now, after several days, the original charge still appears on my credit card statement. I have advised the credit card company not to honor the charge and I am withholding payment of it. Further attempts to resolve the matter with Cellarbrokers have not been successful.
