I am a freelance writer; this company hired me to write a corporate brochure for $2,000. They were very accessible, and gave me lots of kudos on my writing style. Then they disappeared after I sent my bill. I tried to contact them, only to hear that Marisa was ill, that she was out of the country, that payment would be forthcoming, etc. Soon they stopped responding altogether.
I hired a collection agency, and they gave them the runaround, too. This is a disreputable company that despicably received services and then shafted a small business. Do not do business with them!
