Avoid this emergency animal hospital in birmingham, your pet is in danger!!!
I have to say, This animal Clinic is Poor, and there level of care is Horrible, There Staff is Rude, and They Killed my Dog.
I did not even get to see my Dog in the final hours because of there employee Gina (Jeana) who was at the front desk, she did not allow us to see or even give us an update on our dog due to visiting hours, we even asked to speak to a Dr, and she stated that they were busy and that they would call us. With in that hour our Dog died, and she clearly is to blame.
We have wrote several letters to the administration of the Hospital, only to find there only concern is the bill, clearly I will never take my animals there, they are rude, and I am certain by the way they cared for us and our baby, that I am certain that this must be a standard for which they practice Emergency Veterinary Medicine in Birmingham Alabama.
I have again tried to call there doctors, and no one is willing to even take time to discuss this with me, this proves with out a shadow of a doubt that they are trying to cover something up. Gina (Heavy set lady at the Front Desk) needs to fired, she is the Catalyst in that Clinic!
We are personally not done with this case as we are going to file suit against this practice for damages! Clearly they should be compassionate. Our regular vet that we deal with also believes that our story is valid, and we should move forward in seeking damages!
