Our (94) year old dad obtained a little tube of pain cream within the mail at his home in the state of washington —resolved to me and that i reside in california. Surrounded was a bill for $19.94 to become paid to some cost center in philadelpia.
I don't reside in washington, i'm the caregiver to my 94 year dad. I don't know how the corporation got my name with my father's handle.
I'd appreciate your help with this issue, or tell me what steps to take from this time.
