Received unsolicited unwanted item that I believed was a free sample (which I threw away). Six weeks later I receive a bill for an order I never placed

About six weeks ago I received in the mail what I thought to be a free sample of "pain vanishing" cream, which I had no use for or interest in and threw it away. Today I received a bill from the PainVanish "company" demanding $19.94 for my "order."

Please help stop these creeps from preying on unwary people.
