I was conned into ordering some of this crap from this compamy as well. I got two different types of vitamins, both made me sick at my stomach. I got some pills that are suppose to be for stiff joints due to arthritis, after 30 days, i noticed no difference. The sales rep told me that it would take up to six weeks before i would notice any results. If i don't notice any results in a month, i damn sure aren't going to get another months worth! This place has a 60 day return policy, if i listened to this rep, i would run out of time on the return policy by reordering this s—t.
I also got some of there super laundry detergent, which they say only takes a half an ounce per load. I couldn't wear the clothes long enough to tell if they were really clean. Before i got out of the house, i was itching so bad that i had to strip down to my birthday suit, and then i say the rash! It looked like i had poison ivy all over my body, and it took 3 days to clear up.
I was suppose to get a e-mail on the 15th of the month to remind me that if i didn't order, i would get a drop shipment. I recieved no such e-mail. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone, and i still have to mail them a letter to cancel this stuff! I have never known of a company providing such lousey customer service as this. The only way that they stay in business is by taking advantage of those that can't take up for themselves. If there is anyone out there that doesn't know how to get away from these people, if you contact me i will act as your advocate!!!
