In April I ordered the coaster and it arrived promptly. I determined by the size of the box alone, it would not fit in my studio apartment.
I immediately called for notice of return and I received a "return code" and was instructed to add this code to the return shipping label that should have been in the box.
There was not return label. I later called and could not get anyone on the line. I scheduled several pickup appointment with their carrier (DHL) as well as FedEx. DHL never showed up at the right times.
By this time, the 30 day trial is passing and I have been billed, not once but twice.
I continued to call for further instructions and could not reach a live person. Currently, the box is still sitting in the corner of my apartment and I am getting collections calls.
I have informed collections to send word to their client. They say they will but I seriously doubt it. This could now ruin my credit!!!
