I received my latest American Express Corporate Card statement and found a charge of $139.95 that I did not authorize nor did I know who the company was. It was Premier Health Plus and for some type of membership. I called the 800# listed for them and it took me at least 10 minutes to reach a supervisor. The person who answered the call did not want me to talk to a supervisor and insisted that I give her the information. I did not and waited for her to get a supervisor.
After speaking to the supervisor, she immediately apologized for the charges and would issue a credit. The card number did not match my name and she did give me the name of the woman that ordered this membership on-line, somehow using my card.
