I received eyeglasses on 12/12/08. They charged me for bifocals, that was wrong, consequently they remade my spectacles for single-vision, however they charged to my charge card the total amount for bifocals. Consequently these were designed to return me $30.00. I kept calling shop simply because they never returned me, therefore about 3 months before, the shop stated they did anything on the website component, for me to contact customer support at 800-584-4150 that we did and remaining concept but no body actually called me back.
