Scammed into multiple other monthly subscriptions that seem to keep appearing under different names as a cancel them

Fox News had a little advertisement "Which Teeth Whiteners Work The Best" on their site. It was made to appear like a legitimate study but you immediately find out it is just an info-mercial type thing for "Celebrity Sexy Teeth". You can get this product for free AFTER a $49.99 rebate, it says. I did actually get the product, which DOES NOT work at all i might add AND I did receive the information to send off for the rebate (after 3 calls). We will see if i actually get it.

After completing my order, i get taken to various sites asking if i want this or that, typical coupon discount, gift card type offers, etc. I select no for all of them and move on. Well before i know it, I'm enrolled in wellnesswatchersmd, Primetimesavings, Myeasysaver, and more to probably some. I only find this out via my bank statement. It appeared that as i cancelled one (so far i've been able to supposedly actually cancel them) then a day or two later i see a new charge under a different name. So far these have only been charges less than $2 b/c i'm catching them in my "trial month" (that i never wanted to start with).

The process went like this: order placed via ionlineorder.com, then i get enrolled in wellnesswatchersmd, then PrimeTimeSavings, then MyEasySaver. All of these have had 800 numbers associated with them on my billing statement that i've called to cancel, i should say hopefully cancel.
