I ordered celebrity sexy teeth whitener as they were claiming to be the "#1 teeth whitener" and offering a $50 rebate (covering the cost of the item). I have used the entire 30 day bottle, which incidentally only lasted for 15 days and am extremely upset and disappointed. It not only lasted for half the time they promised, but didnt really do much of anything. Also, the $50 dollar rebate? Too good to be true. It's been 3 weeks and no rebate. They promised the rebate in 2-3 weeks. And heres the best part: in order to get the rebate, they sign you up in a free 14 day trial with a secondary company called WellnessWatchersMD (who is to be providing you with the rebate). Well, I tried to cancel my WellnessWatchersMD trial over the phone so as not to have my credit card charged and the customer service representative advised me not to do so yet since they had not received my rebate info and to wait a few more days and then cancel on the internet, which was unnecessary but a recommendation from him to allow things to get worked into the system. So, per his advice I waited a few days and cancelled 2 days before the trial ran out. Well lo and behold my card was charged anyway for 29.95. They magically "lost" my cancellation form. So to sum it all up: I payed $80 for a 15 day bottle of teeth whitener that doesnt work. Who knows if I will ever see my 80 dollars again.
