I ordered a free $5.95 sample from these thieves. I called to cancel and was told they would call me back in an hour. I called the next day, no one has ever called me back. Then the THIEVES told me to talk on line. I did and the THIEVES told me my order was canceled. I was suspicious when my calls were not returned. Then when I was on line chatting, I did not receive an email confirmation as promised. That's when I googled them and found the Rip Off report as the primary hit.
I called my credit card company, I found out that I had three charges pending! Interesting that I contacted them three times and three charges were pending. Per the bloggers about this scam I cancelled my credit card. I can't believe they are still in business. Any one who has been duped into a free sample from them needs to immidiately cancel their credit card.
