Like a fool and like many others I fell for a website sales pitch. I purchased capsules from a company calling themselves Acai berry Blast.
When contacting this company by email about purchasing their product they could not get back to me quicker. But when I had problems I needed to discuss I never heard from them.
I received one bottle of capsules from them. I realised what a fool I'd been and decided to cancel my subscription to their product. Their website stated I had time to cancel this and have my money refunded. They confirmed that they had received my cancellation email after numerous messages had been sent to them. Still telling me that I needed to take their product for longer to see results.
Two weeks after my subscription was cancelled they charged my credit card again. Acai Berry Blast never got back to me on my complaint about this. I had to dispute this with my own credit card company and finally got the money refunded (by my credit card company, not Acai Berry Blast) and had Acai berry Blast blocked from charging my card.
They are so unprofessional and a scam. Stay away..!!!
