It has been over three months and I have not received my already-paid-for contact lenses! Instead, I receive horrible customer service. My contacts should have been mailed to my home address after being on "back order" for a month. Apparently, they were delivered to an address that I have not lived at in 5 years. So, why is that address in the system? And why was the address I personally gave in WRITING to the gentleman who processed my order completely ignored? If you are not committed to good service, remember that you are dealing with people's eye sight and are at risk for messy law suits. Clean up your act and send me my contact lenses!!!
