Ordered pair of glasses and received correctly with 20% brown tint in lenses
1 month using lenses became fuzzy, the lenses started to get hairline cracks and made vision blurry
upon contact with customer service they stated i had wrong pd which was not correct but they offered a new pair for $13 shipped to replace.
Seemed cheap enough and not worth the effort to bargain
bad idea, they sent same glasses with 40% tint and when i told them the tint was wrong from the first order the response was " thats what the order stated in the system"
the same order system and history that they control...
Well of course it did because they entered it wrong when replacing the first order with 20% tint lenses.
They would never answer how i got the first set with 20% when i asked how i received those in the first place.
