I recieved a trial supply of the product for 5.95 and that was billed to my credit card. The company had at the bottom of its site, a small print terms and conditions for auto ship for more product for the rediculous amount of 79.95 s and h. When i got more prduct, I wanted to return and cancel my further order.
I called the # to cancel, and they said they had norecord of me, and directed me to another # with the same result... This went on to a 3rd and 4th # who tried to give me another # which was the first I called. I got upset, and they put me on a 10minute hold to speak to a supervisor after I threatened to call the BBB. Finally, they said someone would call me within 24 nours and I am still waiting.
I cancelled my credit card so that they can not charge me any more. I will be interested to see if they find the account that they couldn't find to cancel when they can nolonger bill me. I still want to send the product back, as it is bogus, but I doubt I will ever be reimbursed anyway
