I was also ripped off by Healthworks 2000 about 3 months ago. The product ordered was Golden Rod, never received anything, only an email confirming my order. What I've learned in my investigation is the name Patel is very common in countries like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and a whole lot of others with east Indians. There is a an area in Orlando, Florida called Goldenrod and I believe this whole scam has roots in that very place.
