I saw their advert on a local tv channel! It was showing an Indian Product named "Sandhi Sudha" and looking at its features I ordered it!
The ad claimed it to be a Money Back Guarantee product. I received a call from one of their agents for confirming my order and soon I got my order in 2 days delivered at my door step.
Now the scam starts here. The product is not genuine, One can easily say that after opening the seal of the fake product and finding out the product to be of low quality and a total waste of money.
I called up their customer care number and asked for a refund. Now the game is they wont refund until we have used the product for 2 months n 10 days. Doesnt make any sense! The agent over the phone was rude and started swearing me.
I request Rip Off report to help me out here and help me get my refund back.
