This company has been taking $84.36 a month from me for 3 months and I have never received anything except the first "FREE Trail"

I called this company for the "Free Trail" and that is the only package I have received... I have NOT used the product. I noticed on my checking account last evening that they have been taking $84.36 a month from my account. They said they sent me packages which I have not received or I would have stopped this long ago. I am on disability and get $800 a month and I surely can NOT afford them taking this out every month. When I called to cancel the "gentleman???" that I spoke with was VERY rude.
