They have been taking money $5.00 per month out of my account without my permission, for about 7 years

Afca has being taking $5.00 per month out of my account for about 7 years.
At one time I eaven changed to a different bank, and for few months nothing was taking out, and then they started taking it out again, WITH OUT MY PERMISSION, So i figure they owe me about 7 years at $5.00 per month, which totals about $ 420.00.
I called couple of times during the years, and i thougt it was taking care, but apparently not because they are still taking the $5.00 out every month.
Now i lost my job and i can not afford the $5.00 per month. So as far as I am concerned they owe about $420.00.
