I tried to cancel any furthur orders with them but the phone was always busy. Twice they took money from my credit card. Finally I had to cancel it to stop anymore charges

I tried to cancel any further orders with them but the phone was always busy. Twice they took money from my credit card. Finally I had to cancel it to stop anymore charges. They charged me $69.95 twice for something I didn't receive.
