Beware of Roselle Cain, a provider if senior care in Marion and Lake counties in Florida.in June, she agreed in writing to return my mothers $13,400.00, the unused portion from my deceased stepfather's care. She has not returned one dime.in December 08, we sued her and won the maximum small claims would allow, $5,000.00.in our opinion, Roselle Cain danced all over the Florida statutes that are in place to govern her type of business. Needless to say, Florida has been no help regarding her and the victimizing of my elderly mother.
To date, Roselle Cain has not paid any of the judgment against her. That judgement can be found at Lake County Fl. Clerk of the court -official records - under book 03715 and page 0217.in our opinion, her ability to portray a kind, caring, honest person fooled my mother into being a victim during a time of great distress in dealing with her husband's age and condition. Beware!
