Allow my child (13 yrs old) order a "test" of one's teeth bleaching solution for 4.99; I allow her use my charge card because it was a little purchase. Another "test" came declaring that she was instantly signed up for the 30day continuity plan. I named my lender who mentioned that I'd been billed 88.97 on 12/9 plus they stated there is nothing they might do about this. I named the organization and described the problem along with a really bored worker stated that I really could not deliver the merchandise back for credit, without agreement from Luminous Brites. The e-mail address in addition to the web site don't occur.in these financial situations, this can be a substantial strike for me personally.
