I answered an add on the internet for a free sample just pay shipping and handling. I never got the product. Then I was charged $88.97 to my account.
I call the number that was on my account with the charge, the guy I talked to (Mark James at ext. 107) at first said that he would give me an Email address to file for a refund. I told him repeatedly no I wanted my money back now. He said he wasn't outherized to do so. I asked to talk to a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor.
Finally he agreed to refund my money after arguing with him for awhile. Three days later all I find on my account is a 1.00 refunded to me.
I called back again, waited for half an hour. A guy came on I told him I was only refunded a 1.00, he told me my bank must not have posted it yet and that I was refunded my money and that I wasn't his problem.
I told him in the process that they where on the web site for consumer complaints site, he said I don't Know why that would be.
I tried to talk to him some more and he hung up on me.
