Ripoff told it was a free sample for s-h then they charged my account Culver Calif

I was told a free sample was mine for paying the shipping and handling amount of $3.95. I just found out on my checking statement they charged to my debit account at my bank $69.00. When I called I was told I didn't read the fine print, it was a legal transaction and there was really nothing I could do to have my money refunded-it was to late to send back there product. I told them they were really dishonest crooks. I cannot afford to pay that kind of money even if there product worked, which it doesn't appear to.
