Dentist willingly performed services over and beyond the patients anual benefit amount in less than 4 months. Dentist aware of patient hade two dental coverages and tryed to collect large amount from the patients primary and secondary insurance. When the claim denied by 2nd carrier due to equal benefit of primary, dentist turn around and try to sue for the large amount
