Scam Unauthorized Charge on Credit card Internet

I ordered Oprah's Super food from Online Health, cancelled it because i staterted reading about company, they are scam artists, I am surprised Oprah lets her use her name. Then a month later a charge from Fic-fac shows up. I called and they said that I authorized this charge when I had the free sample ordered. I checked out my copy of order, nothing on there about fit-factory memebership. Scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
