Fluent, Inc created a Web Site that cost almost $20,000 in 2007 that is now dead

I had a contract with Fluent, Inc to create a Web Site in 2007 that is now dead. I paid around $20,000 for this and now it cannot be used. These people made lots of promises, however did not follow through. Now, I have customers calling me stating they cannot find my site. This just is not fair!
