In -Poorley run, confusing, inefficient

I arrived at 12:30 as requested for my 1:00 PM appointment and the xrays were taken in timely fashion. I was asked to wait to see if more pictures were needed, or ultra sound needed, etc.

I was left sitting partially dressed until I finally at quarter to three went into the hall to stop and question people as to my case. It seems that I had been (forgotten) overlooked. I gather no one had the responsiblity to see if anyone had slipped through the cracks.

I tried to make eye contact with mammogram technicians who were in and out of the very busy waiting room in which I sat to no avail.

I think my xrays were eventually found and sent to my Dr. We will know more about that, I hope. This may be a mild complaint but I was quite undone with this experience and could still be sitting there judging by the way things were going.
