ABC Design and Marketing, Inc. AKA Willdy Nutri Distributing wrongfully terminated me after I requested Workers Comp.insurance information to get my work related injuries (sore wrist and stress) treated.
My stress was a result of working for 9 months without any breaks or lunch periods. My sore right wrist was a result of working on the computer. Also, during my employment, they had me put inflated shipping and handling charges on customer bills.
An example of their inflated charges is like when I put together this one order for a customer, the normal shipping and handling charge for this particular order was about 21.00; however, the owner of the business told me to charge the customer 53.00 instead.
These charges were made on all orders of all customers for the whole period of time I worked for them.
