I experienced a similar scam with the 2 monthly charges after returning the tea. However, I asked to speak to a supervisor, asked for names and addresses, the person said she reversed the charges and that I would no longer be charged.
It may take up to two weeks to be reimbursed, I was told. It remains to be seen if my charge card is credited.
I, too, did not agree to the web access or the weight loss information. She offerred to "unlock" my id so I could go online, but I insisted I did not want any of that.
