Debited my account for 6 times more than the advertise price of the product

I order a free trial weight loss products three weeks ago. I have not received the products but the money was withdrawn from my account and I have not been able to contact any one at the 888-692-8352 number. I google the company and found out that this company has a reputation for defrauding folks. Wish I had check it out prior to placing the order.
