Dr Rubina Azam, came to united states as an exceptionally talented Medical student from Pakistan sponsored by United states Government. Dr Azam was offered to pursue a career in US which she had accepted.
Dr Rubina Azam, while doing her residency training, was contacted by Charles campbell/Tammy / Physician alliance and told that she would get a job soon after finishing her residency.
As a naive student, who is always dedicated to her field and training, she got into dealing with campbell and tammy campbell of physician alliance[zenity foundation.] Dr Rubina Azam gave them her resume and a picture for job application. They also got her credit card information.
Dr campbell and tammy got her credit card information as well.
Dr Rubina Azam's credit card was charged initially for a huge amount, and then without her permission the second time, at this time, campbell and tammy were contacted by Dr Azam, and the deal was cancelled over the phone.
Dr Campbell and his assistant tammy campbell were very persistant and continued harrassing her during her residency training. Dr Azam, had to ignore all the harrassment by them.

Now six years later, campbell and tammy are harrassing Dr Azam again for money. They are desperate and are trying anything to take any money out.
Dr Rubina Azam MD, has hired attorney, Mr Luke ciciliano and associates in las vegas nevada to take care of them so they never do it to any one else again.
Campbell has done it to several physicians and young people including Models, or anyone that they think is vulnerable.
Campbell and Tammy are also misusing IRS name to harrass Dr Azam. Dr Azam has already contacted IRS and FBI in this case as well and is ready to take strong legal action. They are using various websites like dead beat doctors etc to scare Dr Azam, which is not going to work.
Mr WC Henry of Burke Blue, Panama city florida and Luke Ceciliano Esq of Las Vegas Nevada are taking strong action against him in this regard.
