We contacted Fred Carensis after receiving a fax at our office for affordable PPO health insurance. He sold the plan and made many promises as far as the coverage was concerned. He also got our bank account number for electronic withdrawls. I just found out today by a healthcare provider that they were not able to verify coverage. I tried contacting the insurance company, but there is only a voicemail. Fred carensis' number is not in service any more either. Also the website is not a valid website. I decided to google his name and came across this website where other people have documented a similar experience. I have to contact the bank and ask them to block the withdrawls and dispute the payments already made. Does anyone know whether Fred Carensis is an alias or a real person? Does anyone have a physical address or a recent phone number for Fred? I've hired a local (in his area) private investigator to locate him (I know it's throwing good money after bad, but it's the principle that matters to me). I've reported him to several government agencies also. I'm considering a generous reward for any information that would lead to Fred Carensis' whereabouts.
