I ordered a 'FREE SAMPLE' of the Acacia Berry from an online company. I had 15 days to cancel any membership. After THREE days they charged my account $29.95 for a membership and I hadn't even recieved the product yet! The phone number listed on my bank statement was no good. It said 'Thank you for calling' and then hangs up. I tried it several times. I ran accross an 800 number in this forum and want to thank whoever it was for listing it, because I actually got through to a live person. That number is 1-800-660-8489. I spoke to a woman, told her they can't charge me for a trial for something I hadn't even TRIED yet. She said she would cancel my account and refund my money. THE NEXT DAY there was ANOTHER charge for $29.95 to my account!!! I called, FURIOUS and she said that I had TWO accounts open with them. What the EFF??? I demanded she cancel ALL of my accounts, refund ALL of my money and I hoped it was the last time I would ever have to speak to anyone at their company. She said it takes an entire billing cycle to refund my money. These people are scam artists, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have my fingers crossed about my refund, but am not holding my breath. Jerks.
