I requested the aciai berry item off-line for that trial offer period. I never received the merchandise. However they subsequently charged my card for 89.31 for something which used to do not approve. After I eventually got to customer support, the asshole i talked to educated me the organization includes a number reimbursement plan after which hung-up on me. I'll be approached the BBB and rescheduling my card today. Don't purchase from these folks. They're really deceptive! It is a fraud.
