I consider myself an individual person. I am aware that occasionally things simply do not move right, But each time I visit Walgreens there's some type of issue, plus they never provide to repair it or cope with it.
For example last month I went in and desired to replenish my prescription. I'd 1 more evening quit with no more replacements. It wasnot their problem, it was mine for not calling it in faster. Nevertheless when I spoke towards the individual behind the table, he (the particular pharmacist actually) informed me I'd no more replacements after which stated nothing more, he simply looked over me. And so I stated, "Then contact them-so they'll replenish it." He looked over me having a bare search and stated, "however, you don't have any more replacements"
I thought like banging on his mind, "anyone inside?" I realized it'd take a moment to contact them and obtain it filled, all he'd e do was contact them!!! Therefore before long he explained, "good I Will contact them-but I cannot assure that it'll be achieved today.
HI!!! I understand that!!! But I quit pleased he would contact it in. 2 times pass (today just-so you realize this medicine that I'm today at the moment, not having, is items that you-can't lapse.) So 2 days pass and that I hear nothing back. I contact the drugstore plus they stated they'd no such directions which I never requested to replenish something.intensely I click at them-and subsequently contact my physicians and have them to submit a refill since the drugstore doesn’t understand how to do their work, or even to do the things they state that they're likely to do. SO ANNOYING! And instantly the prescription is filled and that Iam on my approach.
Two days before I named in my own replacements over their automated teller, it had been overdue during the night, after-hours. I previously went without to get a morning, again my problem for not calling it in faster. I plan the get for that next day one hour once they start. (now I'd replacements) used to donot create it till 8 pm that evening to choose them up, but no real surprise, it had beennot prepared, alternatively I am informed they aren’t caught with my insurance.
WHAT!?!? The girl behind the table stated "sorry, we are not caught together with your insurance"
And so I state, "what would you suggest? I have been employing you to get a very long time and it is been just good."
Then I get another blank look. Hi?! Are these workers all-on medicines or anything? I am talking about I understand they've quick access! Following a couple of minutes of fighting she moves the telephone down to some guy.
Today see my greatest problem at this time is not only the truth that they do not wish to function and they keep messing anything up, but they did not have the prescription prepared, they simply thought that since "these werenot caught with my insurance" (that was a REST - my insurance is TEAMSTERS!!!) That I'dnot need my REQUIRED medications, they thought that I'dnot spend top dollar to obtain them, I've to possess them, I can not proceed without them
Then when they discovered an issue with my insurance or possibly they simply didnot wish to load it, they didnot bother to contact me and I would like to understand, they simply didnot bother whatsoever. And so I make it happen to choose it-up, which is after-hours and there'snot one to contact.
Properly the man which was passed the telephone was irritated, I really could have the rage returning through the drive-through screen. He got all my insurance info (they currently had) and invested half an hour attempting to determine everything out... He'd explained that my insurance was not going right through, their state insurance that I'venot been with-in more than 3 weeks. Somebody removed my existing insurance. Perhaps it had been the pharmacist that I handled last month?!?
Therefore after one hour of waiting I had been ready to pay for my little co pay for my medications and keep. When there is an issue they (In decades past have named to I would like to understand) Today it is like they do not care whatsoever. I applied never to are having issues with Walgreens, it had beennot a problem, plus they were 100 times much better than Wal Mart! Today I am only truly dissatisfied since they're therefore furious to possess to cope with anybody. Why do they work-there when they do not wish to assist people? Oh yes the simple medicines! Which wasnot good of me, however they sure behave like they're all getting them.
