I ordered a "free" trial of their teeth whitener. With the shipment, I received a paper saying I could get a refund within 15 days of the date I was billed. I was then charged $88.97 out of my account. I called the number to state that these were unauthorized charges and that I only wanted the free trial. They referred me to their customer support website - [email protected]. I have e-mailed them twice and have received no response. I have since talked to my bank and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I will be lucky to get the money back which also includes a $35.00 ovedraft fee from my bank!!!
