I have a very similar experience to those who have complained about Wu-Yi here in the complaint. Wu-Yi claims how easy it is and even puts in red letters how to cancel auto-shipments of their tea. Apparently that's not where they make their money. When you sign up for the tea, you are automatically signed up for two other web subscriptions on "losing weight." When I discontinued my Wu-Yi tea shipments, I wasn't informed that I was signed up for these other subscriptions separately and needed to cancel them separately.
It was a real pain cancelling these services and when I did both parties were unapologetic regarding their deceptive practices. I cannot say they were illegal. I should have read the fine print. But I thought I was dealing with a reputable on-line vendor, not a vendor for whom I needed a lawyer to tell me what I was getting into.
